We will remind, little Lisa died of enterovirus infection with heart complications in February 2015. Little “burned” from the disease for 11 days. Pediatrician Irina Zinovieva from the clinic No. 23 in Biryulyovo East three times and examined the boy, but did not take measures to hospitalization. And the day before death and even wrote a certificate stating that the girl was healthy. All complaints the doctor was regarded as a simulation. The guilty physician has not recognized.

As it became known “MK”, April 20, Nagatinsky district court sentenced Zinoviev to two years of imprisonment and two years of ban on practice. But in the lapse of time, the sentence was simply cancelled. To avoid punishment the medic helped time — at the time of adjudication since the death of the girl has been more than two years.

— The investigation was very prolonged, — said the mother of Lisa Victoria. The investigator did not want to perform their duties, I even had to arrange a confrontation! In the end we missed that by two months! The doctor has not expressed regret and asked forgiveness. And when the judge read out the verdict, only asked: “When will I be able to go to work?”. Imagine, it still is the record! I will have to stop treat-maim children, what would I do!

Victoria plans to present a civil lawsuit against the Ministry of health with the demand to compensate the moral and financial damage. In addition, she is preparing a complaint against the investigator, acting head Nagatinsky Interdistrict Department GSU SK the Russian Federation across Moscow Maxim Markov, who was their first year and a half and closed it at the end of 2016. Only after appeals to higher management criminal investigation was able to recover and send to court, but the previous months of inactivity played into the hands of the defendant pediatrician.
