Although Barclays purchased ING Direct UK in 2012, the name has been switched while their services remain. Mortgages & Savings Services at Barclays Instructions
Barclays Direct is mainly concentrate on saving and mortgages services, just as its former “ING Direct UK”. But you need to pay attention that they are no longer opening fresh ING Direct Savings accounts. The existing saving accounts can manage their accounts by logging in as usual. If you’re a customer of ING Direct already, you can do everything as before.
For customer to log in, click “Customer login” on the top right corner. You should input your customer number and your last name.
In the “Mortgages” section, you can check out rate. Hit “Find Out More”. Barclays Direct has immobilized rate until 2015 and the switching rate. But if you want to switch to a immobilized rate, you must be an existing Barclay Direct customer. Click
