  3. Click “next” to continue
  4. Choose if you have made a purchase at the Cabela’s  store
  5. If yes, inject the transaction ID underneath the bar code on your receipt, inject the purchase date located above the prices, and then share your feedback
  6. If no, inject the survey code printed on the handout or biz card from the store, or event
  7. The survey code is located near the bottom of the handout and commences with the letters CAB
  8. Please use the survey code CABELAS if you cannot locate the handout from the latest Cabela’s visit
  9. Answer the survey questions listed on the screen
