In Dorogomilovsky court of Moscow has started the process in the case of “establishing the fact of a coup in Ukraine in 2014”. The claim about a recognition of illegality of the Maidan filed by the ex-Deputy of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine from Party of regions Vladimir Oliynyk.
Olejnik first addressed with the similar requirement in turn in the Prosecutor General’s office of Ukraine, Pechersky district court of Kiev, in the Supreme administrative court of the Republic. The SACU rejected the plaintiff in satisfaction of the statements about cancellation of the taken on 21 February 2014, amendments to the Constitution of Ukraine and the illegal removal of President Viktor Yanukovych from office. Then the complaint against the actions of the Supreme administrative court left to the Supreme court of Ukraine.

The court accepted my application in production, December 5, was assigned to pre-trial preparation”, – said in a video statement Oleinik, published 5 Dec.
The plaintiff asked the court to bring the case as interested parties, foreign Minister of Germany Frank-Walter Steinmeier, Chairman of the constitutional Council of France Laurent Fabius, former foreign Minister of Poland Radoslaw Sikorski, former President of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych and the then people’s Deputy Petro Poroshenko. As you know, three high-ranking officials from the countries-EU members in the dramatic days of February 2014 agreed to act as guarantors for the implementation of the agreement of 21 February (including the consent of Yanukovych on early presidential elections in the second half of that year – ed.). Arrangement, alas, was not met: by order of the secret “pilots” Euromaidan radicals stormed “government quarter”…
According to Oliynyk, Yanukovych has confirmed his participation in the process as an interested party.

At the same time, was a very bad sound. Much had to strain to understand what was going on. Court session began with the actual performances of the plaintiff, Vladimir Oleynik. He talked about how. That the alleged riots on the Maidan was well-prepared and sponsored by the West. At the same time, Yanukovych and his entourage Western leaders constantly put pressure. It all ended with a coup.
